All I can say is wonderful things about this company!!! From the start, our salesman Jack did a very good job explaining EVERYTHING. Any time I called the office ALL the women I dealt with were efficient and friendly. Our installer, Roberto and his team did a great job, quality work and left no mess behind. The team that came back after the inspection was done (job passed inspection) was friendly and went beyond our expectations. Then the salesman's follow up call to make sure all went well was very much appreciated. He even reminded and helped us get rebate submitted before deadline. This review is long over due. We are most pleased with the work done by Alufab USA. In the spring of 2019, they installed an electric roll-up shutter on our large sliding lanai glass door. They did such a good job that, this winter, we asked them to come back and they installed 3 impact resistant windows and 1 impact resistant sliding glass door in a guest bedroom. The project was complete on schedule at the quoted price. The employees are very efficient, hard working, organized and highly professional. Furthermore, they did not leave a mess when they left the house after completion of the project. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Alufab USA. ~ Claude

We were interested in two different kinds of shutters: bahama (decorative), and storm screen shutters. We priced around and received multiple bids on each. Alufab had the most competitive prices and offered the least amount of wait time. After they were both installed, they set up an appt to show us how to operate them, as well as offering a phone app that allows us to remotely put the storm shutters down when we are not there and there is a hurricane threat. We are very satisfied with their prompt and courteous attitude, as well as their conscientiousness with customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend Alufab! ~ Wendy F

I contracted with Alufab to install storm shutters on my home. The job was very challenging as we have a variety of windows and doors with decorative moldings that required experience, knowledge and creativity. Jack, and Marco worked together to come up with great solutions that proved to be optimum solutions to protect my home. Very detail oriented people, and both Marco and Jack followed up with me multiple times to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work. Outstanding experience with Alufab USA. I replaced the windows at 2 houses with PGT impact windows. Troy the Territory Manager did my estimate and provided the documents needed for HOA approval. He immediately responded to any questions I had and guided me through the process. The windows arrived even sooner than expected. The father and son team (2 Georges) that installed my windows were skilled craftsmen. They removed my blinds, installed the windows, cleaned them and replaced the blinds. There were no issues passing the Collier County inspection. After the inspection Alufab sent Steven and Lee to place the trim and check all my windows to make sure I was satisfied. Kim and Dianne in the office were exception. They set up my appointments for measurements, installation and the inspections. Every time I called the office I immediately got one of these ladies and they were always pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this company. ~ Kare S

Great company, installation was a breeze and some little teething problems one year after installation were taken care very fast and very professionally. We had a long delay for installation due to hurricane Ian, obviously not their fault. The owner came to take the measurements himself unheard of! Front desk, ordering and techs are all very helpful and working for the company for many years now from my understanding, that goes to show you the quality of this swfl company. Just had 13 impact windows installed. First off Mark provided a very detailed and competitive quote from two manufacturers. Both quotes had more detail about the windows than any of the other quotes I received. I knew exactly what I was getting and learned some things along the way. Installation went perfect. the two installers that came out were very professional and did a wonderful job. They completed the install in one day and cleaned up afterward. The windows look fantastic. We had Alufab do our impact windows and hurricane shutters around our lanai. The windows they use are Shwinco and are manufactured in Alabama. (The VP of Shwinco called me the day after the installation to make sure I was happy.) I have never been more impressed with the professionalism of a company and the quality of their product. The installers were meticulous and clean and fast. The customer service was excellent. Final inspections were done on time. I recommend Alufab and Shwinco without reservation. ~ Ed M

Their product works really well. I had a DR Horton home with shutters from Alufab and before my warranty period expired I tested the installation of the shutter panels and everything went on perfectly. I thought I was missing a few panels according to the very detailed list that cross referenced all the panels to their corresponding windows and I put in a claim. They immediately returned my calls and said they would get right on replacing the missing panels. However, I found that I made a mistake and didn't count correctly. They were very gracious and dropped off extra screws and wingnuts to my door anyway. I worked with David on the claim at Alufab and he went way above and beyond trying to help me. I asked him questions unrelated to my claim and he spent at least 10 minutes on the phone answering all my questions, even went across the building to another department to check on an answer and then came back to fill me in. They are a company that obviously tries to help people stay safe and I am a big fan now. ~ George W

Great company! Allufab has a long history of products and service. Just had electric shutters and sliders Installed. I found the communication and service to be polite, prompt and all work professionally done. The difference in this company and others is that they manufacture some of the hurricane shutters in their own factory and can custom fit them on your windows. Call 6-8 months in advance before hurricane season after Irma there has been a wait list time. I found it was worth the wait . ~ Lorraine S

Great company and Iggy will not stop until the job is done right.... excellent phone service.... would recommend to anyone who needs storm shutters and doors. Year and a half update! This is my second install by alufab, totally happy with this company and their customer service. My neighbor highly recommended Iggy from Alufab. He came out to explain the options for hurricane protection. We decided to have 2 rolldown aluminum shutters for the lanai, front entryway and 1 front window lexan shutters installed. We are absolutely happy with the workmanship and the installation crew. Alufab installed numerous retractable screens in 2019 in our new Naples house. One of our screens would not retract fully so I called Diane and Kim at Alufab. Both of those front office pros are the best Their GM, Iggy is an extremely honorable and hard working guy and I will work with them anytime going forward.Integrity and customer service is hard to find these days but Alufab excels in both categories. Everything about this company was professional, from the sales person to the install. They came out when they said they would be here and were always right on time. They did a great job of installing the shutters up, and cleaning up. Their personnel was very courteous, and answered all of our questions. Our development had several quotes for windows in our residences and found Alufab to be straight forward and honest with their pricing. Purchased home in begining of June. Shortlyafter that there was a storm brewing. We called and ordered accordian shutters. Iggy, the installer, was very prompt, and quick!! We hired Alufab to do our new windows for an older Villa in Bella Terra. We went with Hurricane rated windows vs. replacement windows and shutters. We added two roll down shutters for our Lanai vs. re-doing the sliders with Hurricane rated glass. Alufab installed nine windows in my condo last year and they were great through Hurricane Ian. We had a lot of debris flying around throughout the storm, no cracks or leaks anywhere. Truly appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail by the crew.
